The main dashboard page gives you a snapshot of your campaign success. Up to the minute information helps you see your calls coming in, as well as the distribution to your clients.

The dashboard provides detailed reports to help you learn the location of your callers, and therefore provide valuable information to place followup marketing campaigns.
From Who?

The dashboard allows you to receive leads from multiple marketing sources, such as TV, Radio, Internet etc. This allows you to track your different sources, and monitor the flow of calls throughout the day.
Who’s the best?

Quantity isn’t always key, it’s quality! With the dashboard, you can monitor the performance of your marketing sources. One of the reports is the average call length of each marketing source. With this tool, you can monitor the quality of the source, and even determine if the source maybe saturated. As with many of our reports, you can filter by client, to see which lead sources your clients work better with.

One unique feature with the dashboard, is that leads can be tracked and distributed as direct transfers, warm transfers from a call center, or even paper transfers. Our call center can provide quality warm transfers to your clients, and ween out bad leads. This is another great tool that the dashboard provides to help you determine the quality of your leads.
